MY MOTIVATION BEHIND 60 DAYS OF FITNESS

Back in 2013 I was dissatisfied with my physical fitness and my eating habits. So me and by brother Byrd decided to start a 60 Days Of Fitness Challenge. The goal was to gain muscle mass with a simultaneous body fat loss – as efficient as possible during 60 days.

After the first 60 days not only the results were great, but the whole challenge itself was a lot of fun. At the beginning only me, my brother and some of my friends competed the 60 Days Of Fitness Challenge. But over time more and more people were enthusiastic about the challenge and joined our movement.

Within the next few years I partnered with the personal trainer Coach Stef in order to further improve the 60 Days Of Fitness Challenge.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the new features and improvements of the new 60DOF version?

  • 3 programs in 1: You do not have to decide between the HOME or GYM version any more. You get access to both, as well as to a HOME version with dumbbells.
  • New, improved workouts: We have updated all our workouts (and videos), which are even more effective now.
  • Lifetime access: No more subscription plans. After an onetime-payment you have unlimited access to all contents of the challenge.

What´s the difference between the MEN and WOMEN version?

While men target the upper body a little bit more, it is the lower body for women. Of course, you always do workouts for your entire body in both versions, it only varies the focus. Both have a similar intensity.

May I start your challenge even if I'm overweight?

The program is also feasible for beginners with a strong overweight. There is always a slight variation of each exercise. For example, if you can not do any jumps, you can always dodge a variant without a jump. Everyone works on his personal level.

Is there an age restriction for your challenge?

You should be at least 18 years old to understand the context and effects of exercise and nutrition on your body. If you are younger, we recommend an agreement with your parents. There is no age restriction upwards in the sense. If you feel fit enough, feel free to join the challenge!

Are there certain diseases where your challenge is not recommended?

Your overall health should allow you to workout in the high-frequency pulse range. If you have injuries or other physical limitations, you may not be able to do all the exercises and have to resort to a lighter version.

Do I need specific equipment for the home workouts?

In the home workouts, only a chin-up bar appears, although there are also alternatives if you do not have a chin-up bar or can not do pull-ups. We also offer a full dumbbell program for the home, should you have any. This is included in the price.

Is your challenge suitable for both, beginners and advanced?

The challenge is for both beginners and advanced. Of course, advanced players will do more laps or repetitions, and maybe finish the workouts faster than beginners.

Do I need specific supplements for the challenge?

You do not need supplements, but whey protein shake is recommended and appears as an ingredient in some recipes. Alternatively, you can choose a different recipe without whey protein.

What do I do if my gym does not provide the equipment required for your exercises?

You can switch between the programs fluently. For example, you can switch to a home workout for this particular day, or do an alternate exercise for the same muscle group.

Which form is more effective - Home or Gym?

Which variant is more effective depends on your goal as well as the circumstances. If you want to gain weight and build muscle, you will probably reach your goal faster with the Gym version.

If you want to define your body, you will probably burn more calories with the Home Workouts. However, you can mix both variants: Some days in the gym and some at home.

If I bought the challenge, when does it start?

The challenge is available to you immediately after the purchase and you can start directly with it.

Can I buy the challenge now and start it later?

After purchase, you get permanent access to the challenge. You can also start later and repeat the challenge as often as you like.

Is it possible to pause the challenge in between and continue later?

This is possible, but not recommended. If you are sick for 2-3 days, that’s no problem. If you are sick for a week or more, just start the challenge again.

Do I still have full access after the 60 days have passed?

Yes, you also have full access to all contents of the challenge after 60 days.
