MY MOTIVATION BEHIND 60 DAYS OF FITNESS
Back in 2013 I was dissatisfied with my physical fitness and my eating habits. So me and by brother Byrd decided to start a 60 Days Of Fitness Challenge. The goal was to gain muscle mass with a simultaneous body fat loss – as efficient as possible during 60 days.
After the first 60 days not only the results were great, but the whole challenge itself was a lot of fun. At the beginning only me, my brother and some of my friends competed the 60 Days Of Fitness Challenge. But over time more and more people were enthusiastic about the challenge and joined our movement.
Within the next few years I partnered with the personal trainer Coach Stef in order to further improve the 60 Days Of Fitness Challenge.

What are the new features and improvements of the new 60DOF version?
- 3 programs in 1: You do not have to decide between the HOME or GYM version any more. You get access to both, as well as to a HOME version with dumbbells.
- New, improved workouts: We have updated all our workouts (and videos), which are even more effective now.
- Lifetime access: No more subscription plans. After an onetime-payment you have unlimited access to all contents of the challenge.

Which form is more effective - Home or Gym?
If you want to define your body, you will probably burn more calories with the Home Workouts. However, you can mix both variants: Some days in the gym and some at home.
