THE TRUTH IS…
You just continue working out and eating healthy! No fitness program in the world can freeze your results, if you fall back into your old habits. To get better, lose more weight and add some muscle, you have to keep going. You are never finished and that is the truth. That’s why you have to integrate your fitness regimen and diet into your everyday life. You could for example start with calisthenics to improve your fitness. Of course, you can take it more serious, when you’re motivated and let it slide from time to time, but you can never quit completely and keep all of your gains. That’s important to understand. So let me break down, why we chose a 60 days period and what happens after that.
SO WHY 60 DAYS?
What if I tell you, that you will have to work out your whole life and it takes years to look like the models on the Men’s Health cover? Not really motivating, it it? That’s why you have to set yourself a short-term goal. After you accomplish it, you set another short-term goal. That’s how to stay motivated to accomplish your long-term goals. That’s why we chose 60 days, to give you a short-term goal, that you can reach, see results and stay motivated. We build a team of people, that all want to reach the same goal: Get fit, burn fat and build some lean muscle mass. I know, that everybody has their lows and feel frustrated sometimes. It is way easier, when you have a team around you, that motivates you to keep going, when you feel like quitting.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 60 DAYS?
You start the next round of 60 days. Set a new goal and start all over again. Except, you are not a beginner anymore. You know the basics, your muscles don’t get sore that quick and you know you can do it. Even if you do the same workouts, you can bust out more reps in the same time, run faster and lift more weight.
