Stay focused on your goals for 60 days and get the best out of you, that’s what this is about. The combination of hard workouts and healthy nutrition will do the trick. The Game and Coach Stef will guide you through your 60 Days Of Fitness and keep you motivated. We don’t consider you as a customer, you are a member on our team. You know our motto: Teamwork makes the dream work.

THE WORKOUTS

You can choose between the home and the gym edition. The home edition only requires your own bodyweight and no additional equipment. It comes with 2 difficulty levels: rookie and pro. Each of them is a whole 60 days workout regimen. The gym edition requires access to a gym and comes with 4 different workout regimens: beginner’s workout, get ripped, athletic and bodybuilding. You can switch between them anytime you want, depending on your goal and progress.

THE NUTRITION

Keep it simple, that’s how to be successful. Our recipes are uncomplicated and don’t require any cooking skills. You don’t need exotic ingredients or expansive foods. The nutrition has to fit in your daily life, not the other way around. The 60 Days Of Fitness come with a nutrition plan for every day of the challenge. You are free to switch meals, add ingredients or spices depending on your taste. If you need more help or have any questions, just ask us.

The Gym Edition requires around 60 minutes per workout and 4-5 workouts per week. The Home Edition requires around 20-30 minutes per workout and 4-5 workouts per week.
